Payment Terms
Terms of Service and authorize Everyware Worldwide Inc. (“Everyware”) to initiate debit and credit transactions to my account at the financial institution I provided for payment of services, and related fees. This authorization will remain in effect until I notify Everyware in writing to cancel it, allowing reasonable time to process the cancellation.
Subscription Renewal: Customer acknowledges that after the initial 30-day free trial period, Customer’s subscription will automatically renew at a charge of $25 per month (the “Subscription Fee”). Customer may cancel the subscription before the end of the free trial period to avoid being charged. If Customer does not cancel before the end of the trial period, Ecotrak will automatically charge Customer’s payment method on file for the Subscription Fee. If successful payment of the Subscription Fee is not completed after three (3) attempts, Ecotrak will inactivate Customer’s account. In order to reactivate services, Customer must contact support@ecotrak.com.
Automatic Invoice Payments: Customer acknowledges and agrees that it must approve or reject any Service Provider (as defined below) invoice within seven (7) days after the invoice is submitted to Ecotrak. Upon approval of a Service Provider invoice, Customer will be prompted to complete payment using the payment method on file with Ecotrak. If Customer rejects an invoice, Ecotrak will notify the Service Provider of the rejection, and no payment will be processed. Service Provider may resubmit the invoice for approval. In the event Customer fails to approve or reject a Service Provider invoice within the 7-day period, or if Customer approves a Service Provider invoice but does not complete payment, Ecotrak will automatically charge the Customer’s payment method on file to pay the Service Provider for the invoice. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Ecotrak may process such payments without additional notice. As used herein, “Service Provider” means a service provider or supplier that Customer has onboarded to the Ecotrak platform or that has issued Customer an invoice for which the corresponding work order is or will be completed within the Ecotrak platform.
